An establishment that proposes an innovating concept that mixes Basque cuisine with the setting of a traditional French cafe. Regional cuisine is honoured in this old town restaurant. The intimacy is present but it is also possible to enjoy group settings. Either way, the combination of traditional Basque meals with French Cuisine will leave your taste buds satisfied! The range of food available is limited, but the quality is there: chipirones, piquillos stuffed with salted cod, piperade… An original touch is evident when tuna is mixed with fresh fruits for instance.
