Both an indoor and outdoor visit, as the Museum aims to show different Norwegian ways of life since the Middle Ages. Thus, you'll find more than 150 traditional houses from all periods of History. Don't miss the spectacular wooden church from Gol, with its multi level roofs. There is also a reconstitution of a traditional small town with its many shops becoming animated in Summer. Indoors, the exhibition is dedicated to traditional costumes, paintings, sculptures and musical instruments.
